A few weeks ago Rockstar Games announced that Red Dead Redemption 2 was coming to PC. We got a trailer in 4K 60fps showing off the graphical improvements for the PC version and the wild west never looked better than this.

The trailer just shows off the environment but we are able to see some the improvements like:

  • Increased draw distance
  • “Higher quality” global illumination and ambient occlusion
  • “Improved” snow trails
  • “Improved” reflections and higher resolution shadows
  • Tessellated tree textures
  • “Improved” grass and fur textures
  • HDR support
  • Unlocked resolution (4K and higher)
  • Ultrawide aspect ratio and multi-monitor support
  • Unlocked framerate

The trailer looks amazing graphically and the improvements sound like a lot, So you might be wondering what kind of PC specs do you need. The PC specs will be down below for you to check if your machine can handle the job.
