Esports is growing and big celebrities are starting to invest and own Esport team now. It was announced today by Nadshot that Drake and Scooter Braun are now co-owners of his Esports team, 100 Thieves via Twitter.

Nadshot talks about his love for Esports and about Drake investing in his team in this 100 Thieves blog post, “It’s been exciting to watch Esports become a cultural phenomenon in 2018. I’ve spent my ten-year career in Esports growing the ecosystem and am proud to have Drake and Scooter join as my partners to help take 100 thieves to new heights. Our top priority is to win world championships, But out ambitions go far beyond competitive gaming,”. This is such a big move for both side here because Drake will big in a lot of new eyes and opportunities for Esports. Look at what has happened in this year alone, Drake played Fortnite with Ninja and Travis Scott and then the game blew up even more to the point where we see Fortnite everywhere.

I say all of this because even if you dislike Drake, Nadeshot, or even 100 Thieves, This is helping change the way people are going to look at Esports in a more positive way. I want to say congrats to Drake and Scooter Braun and most of all Nadeshot. What are you guys thoughts about this big move?
