The time that we’ve all been waiting for is here! Sega has been on a major roll following the success of Judgment and the amazing story/voice acting over in the west. I recently got into the Yakuza series and have beaten Yakuza 0, 1, and 2. I want to continue playing through the series but didn’t want to get the games on PS3. With that being said, I was patiently waiting on Yakuza 3, 4, and 5 to get remastered on the PS4. Now my prayers have been answered as during Gamescom 2019, Sega announced the rest of the Yakuza franchise is coming to PS4 starting with Yakuza 3!

According to the Sega junior producer Jon Riesenbach, Yakuza 3 is available right now digitally, complete with 60 fps, 1080 gameplay, and the cut content restored! Yakuza 4 will arrive in October, and Yakuza 5 will round off the completion in February. Jon also tweeted that there are two different ways to get the game (s). The first is the digital bundle of all three games (Yakuza 4 and 5 will unlock on their release dates). You can also purchase the physical bundle which will be available in February. Unfortunately, I don’t see the game in the PSN store yet (only the PS3 game), but we will update when the link is live. Rejoice Yakuza lovers as I will finally get to complete my playthrough of all the games.
