Pokemon GO has finally launched in Japan after a seemingly long delay. News of the McDonald’s partnership leak is reported to have resulted in the game’s release being pushed back in order to make sure servers could handle the increase of demand. The McDonald’s sponsorship details turning around 3000 restaurant locations into Pokemon GO Gyms.
Now that the game has finally dropped in Japan let’s hope the focus going forward is to fix these server issues.
