We basically got a couple of notable game launch dates on PC and Xbox One coming at the end of this year and the beginning of next year. Looks like the big three are once again following the same trend when it comes to quarterly live streams/videos where they give you all an update on what’s coming out.
One of the first notable announcements was for Halo Reach. Ever since it was first revealed that the Master Chief Collection was coming to PC, we haven’t heard any details since. Now we get a release date of December 3rd, 2020. This was one of my least favorite Halo games, but maybe I’ll give it another go if I have nothing else to play next month.
Next comes a small surprise of Sega and Yakuza finally coming over to the Xbox One. Yakuza Zero, Kiwami, and Kiwami 2 will hit the console in early 2020. This marks three platforms that the Yakuza series has reached so far (PS4, PC, Xbox One).
Bleeding Edge, the Team-based arena brawler/shooter that was “leaked” then officially revealed at E3 2019 received a new trailer, along with a release date of March 24th, 2020. There was supposed to have been an alpha this year, but I didn’t hear of anyone getting a chance to play it. Hopefully they drop a beta in the next coming months.
Other trailers shown include:
- Drake’s Hollow
- Planet Coaster: Console Edition
- Wasteland 3
- Last Stop
- Age of Empires II Definitive Edition
- Jurassic World Evolution
- Age of Empires IV
- The Artful Escape
- Tell Me Why
- KartRider: Drift
- Fractured Minds
