Amazon can’t be outdone by anyone these days. Google already has their Project Stream game streaming service, and well as Microsoft with their Xcloud service, but reportedly Amazon will be next according to our source. This isn’t surprising one bit as streaming video games will indeed be the new wave in gaming. We now have better technology and internet connections, so I believe companies like Google and Amazon have the data centers to handle all of that bandwidth.
At the earliest, we could see Amazon’s game streaming service by 2020. The online giant has been doing a lot in the gaming realm over the past few years, including buying game studios and producing their own games. A game streaming service is the only natural progression. We will keep you updated with any other updates.
