Yesterday during the Summer Gamefest Epic Games showed off some of the potentials of their next-gen game engine Unreal 5. Their tech demo was showing off features such 33 million triangles (whatever that means), lighting, textures, movement, and more. The most interesting this is this was running off the PS5. Before you start fanboying know that the Unreal Engine is for all platforms. I’ve seen some tweets of people using this tech demo to fuel the console wars. This tech demo is possible on the PC and the Xbox.
