Making video games is hard work. What better way to remind us all, than by a new developer diary? This is just the first of many (I’d assume) Call of Duty WWII developer diaries from Sledgehammer Games. This one tackles their vision which was originally shared when the game debuted last week. I guess they felt it needed to be its own video.
Long story short, Sledgehammer Games will occupy the next four minutes of your life reminding you what a terrible event World War II was. Then they take a page out of Ubisoft’s book by letting us know they’ve done extensive research so that they could bring the most authentic experience in their arcade shooter. The game looks great. It actually looks like it might be running on a new engine.
Still waiting on multiplayer, though.
