The Power Ranger Movie Looks TURRIBLE

  • ChaoticEnigma

This movie is so “2010’s try-hard” it hurts. If you dropped the Power Rangers name, there is nothing to do with Power Rangers in this movie. The “redesigns” range from meh to god awful (Alpha and Goldar), the jokes even as far as Power Rangers go are NOT funny, I don’t understand the hype here. If it was just a generic ass action movie that took influence from the rangers, I might let it go, but this feels like the next DragonBall Evolution or Shamalamadingdong’s The Last Airbender.

  • dang. I was hoping for a Gi review/discussion of this one

  • Well now I’m convinced you guys just hate life. You always give bad reviews, always being hateful to something or someone.

Try liking something for a change. Every Rangers fan I’ve asked thinks this looks great.

  • When compared to the original this looks like shyt. I’m going to go in with an open mind but it’s starting off low

  • This movie needs some Donnie Yen.

  • This movie looks hilarious. Growing up with the old P. R. & accepting all of its goofiness means I can do the same here. At least this won’t disrespect our childhood like that ninja turtles movie

  • Old PR was also bad, it is what made it good.

  • KingYo!

Hate the show but this might be decent.

  • It looks terrible but then again the American series is utter garbage

  • Issiah

Wow TBH i gotta disagree this shit looks kinda dope Nostagia Hit a nigga when i saw zordon(I think thts the wall nigga name) and the lil Robot Maybe im Nostalgia driven but imma watch this shit shoutout to 90’s Early 2000 Kids😂💪

The tome of the trailer reminded me of 2015’s Fantastic Four……..that’s not a good thing.

  • Will

You guys must not have seen the original power rangers movie. Now that was bullshit. At least the special effects don’t look like shit

  • No the hell it don’t. Y’all tripping ft

  • Davé Rívéras

As a die-hard Ranger fan I think this looks Great. The Trailer is cringy/cheesy but thats becuase the source material is cheesy/Kiddish.
    Special Effects – Check
Fight Scenes – Check (Blue Ranger kicking Putty ass – totally awesome)
Villains – Check (Rita is badass as Elizabeth Banks)
Storyline – Check (Zordon and Rita as former PR while Rita is the Evil Green Ranger – Cool twist)
    Five Teenagers with Attitude- Check
    Alpha -Meh(Alien Pot Belly)
Zords and Megazord – DOUBLE check

And of course……..who didnt say “Its morphin time!”

  • TBH is this just clickbait or what? i get it controversial sells, but come on dude.

    • I agree

    • Erik Matejik

Not trying to come at you. What is clickbait about this ?

  • Gus StGermain

I don’t know what your talking about my dude shit looks good to me

  • LegendofSquanto

The campy show CAN work on the big screen. There was a Mighty Morphin movie before. It just needed a director with a clear vision on it and not a studio cashing in on 90’s nostalgia

  • nathan carter

You fans have to realize this is a re-imagining of the classic series. And if you did watch the old episodes they weren’t for kids in the first place. They did curse and it was racist as hell. If you forgot, go and watch some old episodes from the first series.
I think they did pretty good and if you guys go re-live the old episodes, you’ll understand how cheesy and horrible your childhood actually was.
