Capcom has reportedly missed their sales target for Street Fighter V selling 1.4 million copies between launch and March 31 and not much has changed since then only now being around the 1.7 million mark.

This doesn’t come as a surprise seeing that not only did they make it a PS4 console exclusive but the fact that the game was severely incomplete upon its launch. Bad servers, small roster and no story mode/arcade mode. The game was rushed out to appeal to the competitive fighting crowd so we shouldn’t feel sorry for them as this was a self inflicted wound Capcom did to themselves.
