Churn that rumor mill! The Last Guardian, aka the never-ending tease for PlayStation fans, might finally be (re-)revealed at this year’s E3.
This comes from The Guardian. On its list of most anticipated games at E3, the site claims that The Last Guardian will show up at E3 next week. The article states that “we have it on very good authority that this will be the year that Team Ico finally presents its follow-up to much loved classics Ico and Shadow of the Colossus. Whether it’ll bear any relation to the game last shown at E3 in 2009 is anyone’s guess.”
What this “very good authority” is is not mentioned in the article. So, as with every rumor ever, take this with a grain of salt, although I personally believe The Guardian is a credible source and maybe, just maybe, this could wind up being true.
The game was initially announced for the PlayStation 3 back in 2009, but nothing of note has been announced to the public since. It is widely assumed that the game will now be for the PlayStation 4.
