The NES Classic micro console had originally announced that you could not use your classic NES controllers for the system but now they’ve switched up and said that you can BUT you have to purchase an adapter in order to do so.

For the price of $10, you can now use your classic NES controller with a new Hyperkin¬† adapter that will be available on November 28. There’s also an extension for you controller/adapter that is 6ft long and that will run you $8. The NES Classic Edition console will be available on November 11.
