My Hero Academia Is Getting Its Own Mobile Game – Gaming illuminaughty Skip to content
Published January 27, 2017

My Hero Academia is favorite anime from 2016. I think it has the potential to be the next big mainstream anime that acts as a gateway drug to more anime like Naruto & DBZ did. The show has got a 3DS release that didn’t see the light of day outside of Japan, but that goes to show you the potential this franchise already shows.

Now My Hero is getting a mobile game, and it’s called My Hero Academia: Smash Tap. You can expect this one to release on smartphones spring 2017. The only problem is our informant didn’t mention whether or not this is a Japan exclusive? What we do know is

“You’ll be able to play with Izuku and friends, take on various missions, and aim to become the number 1 hero in this easy to grasp mobile game.”

Take a look at the magazine scans below.
