In what reason is there to own a Xbox One news after Gears & Killer Instinct was revealed to come to PC; now Halo 5 will have microtransactions OUT the ass! Of course 343 industries was there to damage control the day as soon news broke.
According to our sources you’ll be able to buy weapons, armor, skins and other “goodies”. The game uses a currency system called “REQ points”. 343 made sure to clarify that you can play the game and earn REQ points, but if you like you can just buy them as well.
They claim they’ve implemented a balancing system so people with large sums of money can’t abuse the game. The way it’s suppose to work is people with certain levels of armor and weapons can only play one another.
They also claim that a portion of the microtransactions will go towards a prize pool for some big Halo tournament. As if everybody plays in MLG tournaments.
Translation: Halo just adopted 2K’s currency’s system & they’ve divided their community. I don’t know about this game man.
