Today GameStop has launched its “Retro Gaming” campaign where people can buy their favorite classic games from consoles ranging from the NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) for those who first console was an Xbox 360 -_- to the Sega Dreamcast. This is a way for GameStop to keep with competition and stay in the public’s eye. Who doesn’t love retro games but are you willing to pay the amount for some of your favorite classics. The most expensive game currently is Suikoden II by Konami for the original PlayStation at $89.99 followed by Conker’s Bad Fur Day developed by Rare for the Nintendo 64 at $79.99. Vintage gaming is always a great thing and it’s great to see another company bring these classic games back. Unfortunately I won’t even mention trading in any vintage games cause I already know from personal experience they will not give you anything in return. But hey, GameStop might surprise us all and actually give us good money/credit for our vintage games. Let us know in the comment section below if you will be making some purchases and check out the GameStop retro website for all of your all-time favorites.
