It would seem its the end of an era ladies and gentlemen. With the rise of MP3 sales and streaming services such as Spotify, Apple Music, and TIDAL it’s been a pure struggle for CD sales. Best Buy knows this and that’s why they’ve made the decision to cut their support for them.
The ax begins July 1st nationwide. I’m willing to bet hat to do with the fact that CD sales only make up 16% of music revenue. I’m just want to know what Best Buy will do with all that extra space when they remove all that music? What do y’all think?
