In typical fashion with a lot of games that are made in Japan, Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age has not been available in the States but has been in Japan since July 29th, 2017. Now Square Enix has announced that Dragon Quest 11 will make its way to the western world on September 4th for PS4 and PC.

The English version will contain voice-overs, graphical enhancements, a first-person camera mode, and a new menu and user-interface system. You will also be able to use a dash system to get around the map easier.
If you pre-order the game, you will get an exclusive PS4 theme and DLC items. A Nintendo Switch version is also in the works, but there is no date on that version yet.
