After the initial rumors of Bandai Namco extending the open beta for Dragon Ball FighterZ due to networking issues, the team will indeed allow people to play the beta again. According to their twitter, the beta will start tonight at 9 pm Pacific, and last until Jan 18th at 9 pm Pacific. That’s a full 24 hours of playtime for those wanting to kick some more butt.
Hopefully, there aren’t any more initial networking issues that will prevent anyone else from trying out the game. This past weekend was a major hit on the servers, but that definitely gave Bandai Namco some crucial information to work with going forward to the initial release. The beta is currently only available for the PS4 and Xbox One.
