The Def Jam series is one of my favorite games from two generations ago (primarily Fight For NY). It combined over the top wrestling with rappers. What more could you ask for? Then Def Jam Icon came out and was universally panned.
That doesn’t mean people didn’t want another Def Jam game. We just wanted a sequel for Fight For New York. I suggest Fight For Chiraq featuring all the savages from the low end. Long story short I came across this video that reveals there was another game in the works. It was a sequel to Icon. Lets just say I’m happy it did get dropped.
