Great news for fans of the Demon/Dark Souls series. A comic book series inbound according to our source. It’s set to launch this April and will feature new original stories that will expand the universe of the Souls series. That’s one week before Dark Souls 3 hits shelves. This comic book series will be written by George Mann, who’s responsive for the writing behind the Doctor Who series. This statement was given to the press

“Dark Souls has a rich, original universe that’s just begging to be explored in comics, and I’m honored to have the opportunity to delve in and tell some new stories within it,” Mann said in a press release. “I’ve been a fan of the games for some time, so it’s a real thrill to be able to contribute to the mythology of the Hollows and their world.”

Now the question is whether or not this comic book will be casual? The games are known for being hard, so will the comic book be equally hard? Will it be full of big words none of us will know? Will you get a paper cut every time you turn a page? Also, if the book is casual will the fan base complain? You know how annoying they are. Only time will tell.
